14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return window on all orders. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received with our Eglantier tag still attached to the bag.
- Change of mind or customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our error (e.g. item not as described): We will cover all return shipping costs in full.
