Order Processing & Dispatch

Flash Sale items are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
All other items are dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
To ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity, every handbag undergoes a final quality inspection and professional authentication before dispatch. Each order is carefully packaged and includes an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity, which is why most items require 7–10 business days to prepare for shipment.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL Express or another trusted courier service.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
International: 3–7 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

Shipping Insurance

All luxury handbags are carefully packaged for secure transit. Where applicable, shipments are fully insured until delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and its packaging so that we can assist you promptly.
