2. About Us

EGLANTIER specialises in authentic pre-owned luxury handbags. All products offered for sale are carefully inspected by our team before being listed.

3. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that every handbag sold by EGLANTIER is authentic.

Each handbag is professionally authenticated before dispatch and includes an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.

As our products are pre-owned, minor signs of wear may be present. Any noticeable imperfections will be described and, where appropriate, shown in the product photographs.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, pricing errors or other exceptional circumstances are suspected.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

6. Shipping

Flash Sale items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

All other items are dispatched within 7–10 business days to allow time for final quality inspection, authentication and careful packaging.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

7. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with the EGLANTIER security tag still attached and all original packaging included.

Returns cannot be accepted if the security tag has been removed or the item has been altered, damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGLANTIER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.
