We offer a 14-day return policy on all purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the handbag must be returned in the same condition as received, with our EGLANTIER security tag still attached and all original packaging included. Returns cannot be accepted if the security tag has been removed or if the item has been altered, damaged, or used beyond reasonable inspection.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as the item not being as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
